Belgian beer, with italian think.
The result of higher quantities of malt in mashing and a balanced dose of hops, produce a valuable sugar-rich wort. The fermentation with very aggressive yeast does that itself transformed in a few weeks in alcohol. The so obtained beer, raw, edgy, undergoes a similar to the best wines aging, an aging period on the yeast - at least two months - in which, slowly but surely, continue to ferment the last remaining complex sugars, releasing aromatic substances that affect the character of the finished beer, enriching the organoleptic properties.
Sweet beer, pleasant, warm and complex. Suitable to accompany important dishes, like to act as accompaniment to a drink with friends.
