Located in Calamandrana, in Monferrato, a short walk from the Langhe and Roero, is the base of operations and research. Work was completed in January 2015, it takes place the first batch (<3) in March 2013 and ... who knows what awaits us in the future!
Disposed on a surface of about 300 square meters, and consists of a brewing plant made entirely of our projects, three tanks with a predisposition to multiple daily batck. The area has a fermentation capacity of 60hl fully temperature-controlled for complete control of fermentation - fundamental for special beers such as Samos , fermentation of the must with Moscato must be followed and monitored carefully -, designed to be easily adaptable to any future need. The bottled beer is matured in a cell dedicated, also at a controlled temperature. Finally, a large cold room can keep in perfect condition the beer, until the time of delivery.
Adjacent to the offices, a tasting area is dedicated to welcome those who have plans to visit the brewery (reservations recommended!)
