Description
The most structured of our Italian Grape Ales comes from the heart of Nizza Monferrato, thanks to the collaboration with Azienda agricola Cascina Garitina, winemaker in Castelboglione (AT).
It is a complex beer that requires a long period of maturation in the bottle, where it evolves over the months, gaining roundness and developing its special aroma of strawberry, cherry and more generally red fruits, embellished with notes of vanilla and almond.
Light ruby in color with garnet reflections, in the mouth it is round and complex. It is slightly tannic in the first months of life, but gains harmony after six months of aging in the bottle.
Ideal to accompany game dishes, aged cheeses, roasted and braised meats.
